The website sells confectionery and pastry products, including cakes, cookies and other food products.
Product images are for guidance only. As the products are handcrafted, there may be slight differences in decoration, color or final appearance, without affecting the quality, ingredients or essential characteristics of the product.
In the case of personalized products (for example, personalized cakes), the final appearance may differ slightly from the presentation photos.
5. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively through the website or through the ordering methods made available by SC ZOOMSERIE SRL.
Submitting an order represents a request to purchase and does not constitute automatic acceptance thereof.
The order becomes firm only after its confirmation by the Seller.
SC ZOOMSERIE SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in justified situations, including in the event of unavailability of products, the existence of erroneous information or suspicions of fraudulent use of the website.
6. Prices and payment methods
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT, according to applicable legislation.
Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
SC ZOOMSERIE SRL reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, the changes not affecting already confirmed orders.
7. Delivery of products
The products are delivered in conditions that comply with legal requirements regarding food safety.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on product availability, traffic conditions, order volume or other situations beyond the Seller's control.
The customer is obliged to check the products upon receipt and to report any non-conformities within a reasonable time.
8. Food products, ingredients and allergens
The products sold may contain or come into contact with allergenic ingredients such as gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame or other ingredients specific to the food industry.
People suffering from food allergies or intolerances are asked to request additional information before placing an order.

Given the perishable nature of the food products sold, the right of withdrawal provided for by GEO no. 34/2014 applies within the limits provided for by the legislation in force.
