Lemon and Meringue Cake

We start building our summeriest cake using vanilla sponge cake and vanilla cream mixed with 100% Greek yogurt and red berries. In the middle and top layer we add heavy lemon pastry cream and cover everything in meringue cream that we burn to give a classic lemon cake finish.
