coconut and mango!
Two ingredients that take us back to summer and its flavours.
We prepare all the ingredients from scratch, mango and coconut, to preserve the flavors without adding extra ingredients. We added a little white chocolate to keep the coconut flavors in balance. On top we add super crunchy feuilletine sequins, lightly dipped in coconut syrup. Served in a glass container, it can be perfectly accompanied by a glass of prosecco, champagne or white wine!
