We import our coffee, fresh, directly from Brazil to the UK, in Liverpool where our partner bakery is located, Adam&Russel, who roast coffee for us. As freshly roasted beans, we bring them every two weeks to Bucharest, from where we distribute further to our collaborators and stores. The coffee is of unique origin and plantation and was awarded as specialty coffee with degree 83 for the 2022 batch. We are proud of our coffee and the respect we give to its preparation and to our customers. I've been using the same variety of green coffee and haven't changed the roast profile for over 20 years. Our coffee meets the standards of Fairtrade.
